Statement from Hill Engineering – COVID-19

At Hill Engineering, our Management group has met to review our approach to the present situation in regard to the above. This is based on the principle of taking account of the best advice available, commensurate with maintaining the highest level of care for our staff and continuing to provide the best possible level of service and care to our customers. 

We have now implemented appropriate interim measures across all aspects of our business and are confident, based on the best current advice available, that we can continue to service our customer’s needs without risk to individuals, either inside or outside the Company.

Our Head Office operations are continuing as normal, albeit with special arrangements in place for some staff members. You will continue to be able to talk to a member of our team, Monday to Friday, as needed. Our production facility will continue to operate, but on a 3-day week basis from Monday March 30th. We will be able to continue to ship products and parts as usual. Our field sales team will be available to customers as normal and will respect any specific requirements which they may impose, such as restricting personal contact.

We will continue to review our activities on a daily basis, in light of fresh official advice and changing circumstances. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require more information and above all, please stay safe and well.
